I just got the package i have been waiting for all week. Tear open the package to see (among other things) the new softshell thats gonna keep my butt warm in a week and what do i find...i'm swimming in the things. Im 125 5'9 and these are going to be too baggy for me to do any climbing in. So either i need to sell them or trade. I need to get atleast $140 back and i'll take care of the shipping (within the cont. US). Or if you have a pair of equivalent pants that are too small, we can consider a trade. Like i said they are brand new and i'll send pics if you give me an email address. Here's a link and the color's black: http://www.marmot.com/products/product.php?cat=cloth&subcat=24&style_id=H8097 You can contact me at waterman86@msn.com Thanks, Jeff

What does Marmot have for a return policy? Are they difficult to work with?

I can return them and probably will if no one wants them by the end of next week. It just i'd rather not have to pay for the inflated shipping fee or restocking fee on top of the shipping I already lost. Jeff
