Hi!

There is some really awesome bouldering in the Peak District. If you're coming to the UK, you just MUST go there! Close to London, there is Harrison Rocks, but you cannot compare the 2... The Peak is just world class (different rock, too).

Ireland: sorry, can't help on that one.

Have fun!

Thank you very much.
I found some information about Peak District in the page:

http://www.dangeroussite.com/index.htm

There is a free guide about Millestone area from that page. I like it very much peak district. Millestone is a good place for practice clean climbing and boulder. I´m thinking about my next summer holidays, and i would like go to UK in the next august and visit Peak district and other UK areas.

The best spot for bouldering is glendalough about an hour and a half from dublin. check out http://www.theshortspan.com for more info on the irish bouldering scene.

PS we dont have nearly as much as there is in the uk.

I've lived in Ireland for the last 7 years... so I think I have some authority in saying that Dalkey is the best place for climbing in Ireland. Its very very close to Dublin - highly accessable and has over 300 climbs. But if you're just bouldering - go to Glendalough or over to the Burren. There is an Irish bouldering website... but I cant remember it - I may have a link to it through my own website - www.rockclimbing.20m.com Anyway, go there and there are links there to lots of Irish Climbing websites which may be usefull! Also look up bouldering in Three Rock, Bray Head, and The Scalp - all close to Dublin.
