Have you felt the lake temperature????? Are you sure you know what you are asking???

I know that there are some decent boulders south of Incline Village on SR28. They're hidden from view from the road, so finding them may be a bit tricky if you don't really know the N. Shore area (Specifically Incline) If you're new to the area, it may take a bit, or rent a boat on that end and check out the shoreline. Be aware that the State Park ends and the local landowners may not be too receptive of anyone climbing thier rocks / landing a watercraft / tresspassing. It is best to ask the landowners for right of way. This applies to most of the shore around Tahoe. There are $$,$$$,$$$ +++ homes on the shore around Tahoe. Take heed.

There are some lakes up in the Desolation Wilderness that have some decent rock right on the water. Annd many more in the various national forests (Inyo, Eldorado, and Tahoe). Check out Rainbow / Big Bend. There are some hidden gems that you can find out by looking at a map and taking a trip out there. Also there are some good spots along the Truckee River in the canyon downstream of Truckee... Check out River Rock. There is a spot a little ways upstream that you can DWS.

Alas, there are way too many to disclose. Tool around and you will find some good spots.

It'd be cool to show you some of the places that are out there, but I'm not in the area anymore...

Try Donnel Reservoir off of Highway 108. Big cliffs plunging straight into the water.

Check on Peregrin Falcon closures before starting your ascent.

Except fot that, no trespassing to worry about.
