I am interested in finding a partner for climbing a few days roughly between 11-16 August at Frankenjura; toproping, sport whatever. I am somewhat of a novice climber (a little over a year) but while I don't climb hard grades yet, I do climb safely. I don't speak German so if you do that would be great.
And a question about transportation in the area: the falcon guide book I looked at said that its difficult to get around without a car. On the other hand a previous post suggested that a car or bike was nice but there are buses. Anyone who has been there recently can comment? Especially on the bike option (me = grad student = cheap).
Finally, any guide books in English besides the falcon rock climbing europe?
