A quick search of the 2001 census shows us that of the 36000 people there, 15000 of them are under the age of 19. About 14% of those are in the age range of 15 to 17. Now, since that was 5 years ago, we can estimate that the 40% of children that were in the 6-14 year old range are now nearing your specified age range. I'd say now there are probably 20,000 children, maybe 35% are 14 to 18.
Unless of course you meant to ask if any of them were climbers, in that case I can't help you.
