So The other day some friends and I were conteplating how we could get the caloric and nutrient requirements for the long (10-12 hour days) of multipitch trad- our problem was how can we eat enough to maximize our climbing while not havig to stop evewry 10 min to eat here was our recipee and idea, that has an interesting side effect that we found while we were training for climbing at the gym, It makes you want to send something hard, abot 10 of us tried it and we all had the same effect. It also seemed to enhance our performance by about 15% thought i would let someone else try and see what ya'll think 2 cups whole wheat organic bread 1/2 cup oats 1/3 cup soy flour 2 scoops whey protein 1/2 jar peanut butter 1 cup soymilk 3 eggs 1/2 cup ground flaxseed yeast for WHOLEGRAIN Bread 1/2 cup water bake at 350 for 35 min so send that s*&^

Time to trash my mum's new bread maker! I'm going to add some raisins and cranberries, too! And some treacle and honey, for good measure. What a good idea, we should start a company! I'll start the UK branch, overlord, you take mainland europe, and brundige, you take the U.S. Jokes aside it looks like a good idea. -Magnus

Sweet- always looking for new sendin' snacks. I assume that first ingredient is supposed to be 2 cups whole wheat organic bread flour, right?

yes flour. honey is a good idea along with the cranberries i actually bought some for the next batch, were still working on a name for it butso far we got Buddah bread-simplify and detoxify Manna-bread from a rock God( perhaps slightly conceited) and Send and S*** ( a refrence to the high fiber content)

That looks really interesting, I'll have to try it out! Any suggestion on how much yeast to use?

Make sure you knead the dough like a madman (or mad woman). Knead, rise, knead, rise, knead, rise... you get it. Plus it does wonders for your abs... Unless you have a breadmaker... lazy.
