My first exposure to any of it. It's based on a movie--anyone want to upload a copy to Youtube or google?

Actually, I was trying to post the link to the movie site directly... the movie is VERY good. Worth checking out, and worth buying. The people who did it are independent film makers, so perhaps rather than post it somewhere, it'd be better to show support for their efforts by buying it?

Here's a link to one of the trailers:

(For the record, I have no connection with the movie or the people who made it beyond the fact that it's become one of my favorite movies of late.)

$30 man...

That represents a week's worth of dinners for me. If the producers really want this movie getting out there (i.e. the purpose of filming it is to spread the message, not to make a profit) than the movie would not cost $30, but instead $5 or free.

Sorry.

No offense, but sounds like you're spoiled by the Napster Generation mindset... making movies isn't free, and from my conversations with them, their goal is to break even, not make a profit.

If you go to their site, you can look for screenings... or you can set one up on your own... get some friends together, pitch in and screen it... could make for an interesting gathering. Smile
