I have a ton of photos taken by myself and another climber with a digi cam. Most have been loaded direct from the camera to a CD or onto my drive. The photos were all taken with high res. and therefore are large files. How does a computer illiterate compress the files so I can post them here and on other sites?

save as jpg file for internet usage. resize image down to viewable size. (this procedure varies depending upon imaging application). Something to the effect of edit->resize or image->resize should do the trick edited for sp. [ This Message was edited by: jasona on 2002-09-19 13:50 ]
