Arno Ilgner and Elaina Smith will teach a climbing camp at the New River Gorge to help climbers learn trad and/or learn to improve mental focus on trad climbs by apply the Warrior's Way training program.

Target: Climbers who want to learn trad, those that already know trad, and want to develop more mental focus on trad climbs.

Skills covered:

*Learn traditional climbing skills, including setting lead protection and building belay anchors
*Lead traditional routes safely and efficiently
*Climb cracks, from finger cracks to offwidths
*Increase the power of your strongest “muscle”, the brain by applying the Warrior's Way mental fitness program
*Develop self awareness, stay centered, reduce doubts and fear, fall safely, improve commitment, gain fluidity, and increase problem-solving skills
*Improve safety awareness through appropriate risk assessment
*Have a fun-filled, educational climbing experience
