I will be teaching a 2-day climbing movement class August 18-19. It will be at Foster Falls, TN.

• Identification of your CG (center of gravity)
• Improve fluidity of movement by keeping CG balanced
• New balanced techniques for high-stepping and mantling
• Better use of legs to conserve energy and arm strength
• How to shift from a pulling to a pushing approach
• How to integrate movement with mental focus

Prerequisite for taking the course: Knowledge of knots and belaying. It would be best if you have been climbing for at least six months.
