One of the few things that can be predicted with certainty regarding any given thread is its uncertain tendency toward unpredictability.
You start a thread with high hopes that it will go one way and then WHOOSH, off it goes in a dozen tangents. Maybe.
For instance, this thread was started for the express purpose of finding out what RC.commers believe they can faithfully predict will end up in a thread, whether it be content or a certain user chiming in and so on...but with a high degree of certainty I can predict someone will turn it to sex. Right?
So in the spirit of all the intrepid pioneers that have gone ahead of me, I offer my predictions:
1) This thread will die before it hits 25 responses
2) It will be hijacked by sex talk within the first 5 responses.
OK, now for your thoughts, my fellow crystal ball gazers and weathermen!
