hi,
visiting from bc with my gf...was hoping to jump on some routes in rmnp - classic moderate stuff...would we need to bring ice axe/crampons for any routes in there like casual route on the diamond and petit grepon and syke's sickle and so on?

None too much snow on, around, or near Spearhead as of last Sunday, Aug 26. Temps are a bit chilly in the shade in the early morning, so plan on bringing a wind jacket and some fleece perhaps and long pants.
