NPS operates two campgrounds in Acadia - Blackwoods and Seawall. Blackwoods takes reservations online and is closest to Otter Cliffs and other climbing areas. Fee is $20 per site.

Blackwoods is quite nice, I've stayed there the last two years on climbing trips. Its only like 10 minutes from most of the climbing and there are pay showers right at the entrance to the campground if your they type that needs such things.
