If you mean "highball boulder problem", its a tall scary boulder problem, usually a 16 - 30 foot topout. A little scary.....has a little "pucker-factor" to it. Personally, I love them, but some fear them.

When neked climbing in Alpz, your buds try in hide inside. Hence; highball.

to "top out" means to get onto the top of a boulder or cliff.
example:
That top out is super awkward! The way the top is sloping towards you."
or
"Man, I've never solo'd a route as hard as that before, I felt so elated when I topped out".

Most topouts leave you on top of the boulder. Some just have a last jug.

does "pucker-factor" mean irregular fold on the surface of the rock so you need to struggle moving across the difficulties?

A "jug" is a hand hold that you can close your hand or fingers around, making for a very solid grip.

urban dictionary is a fantastic site. i particularly enjoyed the terms "A Baboonaphile" and "Swamp Donkey"

I think the first term is self explanatory-- it was funny that it was listed under the letter A

the latter refers to a fat, busted female.

Pucker factor means how shit-your-pants scary it is.
examples:
"Shit, dude, that big spikey rock at the bottom of that highball sure adds to the pucker factor of the thing, eh? Feels like it's waiting for your head to hit it"

or

"Aw naw! The top-out is covered in lichean, spot me! Pucker factor rising!"

A big positive hold.
A "thank god jug" is a nice big hold after a desperate (really hard) section right where you want it. Usually you whisper "thanks god" as your searching fingers find it.

"My feet were slipping and there was nothing to grab, though I was searching frantically. Luckily, though, just before I popped off for a fecking HUGE whipper onto an rp2 I found the thank god jug and finished the route."
