I just started climbing again after 3 months due to a tear in the tendon that connects right behind the fingernail of my ring finger. The doctor said I could start climbing super easy stuff until the pain is completely gone. However, as soon as I started again the palm side of that finger started hurting. I couldn't imagine I injured it immediately from just doing V0s in the gym. Could I just be mistaking the pain for stiffness or something from having that finger completely immobile in a brace for such a long time?
