Everybody must be busy this week, no coffee threads. Cofee is on nothing special so help yourself. Body hurts still from the weekend and I'm flying solo around the farm for two weeks so lots of chores before and after work. On a good note, weather forecast for the weekend warm, sunny with cloudy periods. binrat

I am still working on the house. We are also starting to move some stuff. I think I may be working on it for the next year. Have a good day. Gotta go work.

still morning here. Back from vacation... battered, bruised, and somewhat broken <--- so you know it was pretty good. I'll have to do a write up on it. Squamish cracks are amazing, rain in BC sucks, and mountain biking body armour really really works... to a point. I still hurt. Vitamin I is my best friend right now.

binrat wrote: hmm, good or bad hurt? alcohol induced or not? binrat Non alcohol induced, not really the good hurt (though there is good hurt in there too), it's due to the whistler bike park and yes I'm still picking pieces of grit and bark out of my armour.... didn't hit any trees. Roots on the ground and rocks are a different story. I bailed hard more than once, but it's "that" once that I stopped a bit more, well, lets just stay it was a sudden stop after an extra 20 feet of acceleration with the tires not on the ground.

Starting to dig out where our new interlocking pathway is going to be. To those that have done interlocking before: the guy at the landscape store was telling me to get screenings instead of sand, and estimate for 2". Now, every where I've read says to have a thin. 1" layer of sharp sand....was he telling me 2" because of how it'll settle into the gravel base?
