Coffee's on. Was supposed to be out testing equipment... as it turns out you need a company approved truck, and well, not all of the company trucks were returned on time which means were outta luck today. Finishing a new route tomorrow, hell or high water, even recruited another friend as a porter third to lighten my pack (he hasn't been out on the rock much this season and has a really cool camera).

You need a porter for setting a new route? Is that for gear for the after climbing "gear"?? Lunch time here. I'm the only one left in the office so I'm stuck here until 4:00, the home for a brake job. I to plan to finishing a new route tomorrow. binrat

Not so much of a porter and I haven't been climbing with him since last ice season and I think it would be a good route for him to get out on. Not sure if he's been on much rock this season. My shoulder's also still kinda f'ked from Whistler and any lightening of my pack will help tones right now.

Still digging out for the new walkway. Efforts have stalled because I've just about out of places to put the dirt. Only climbing on Sunday this weekend I think. Lots of stuff that needs to get done around the house still and the cat got sick this week and we need to give him him antibiotics. Giving pills to cat sucks.

See, what you really need is a lazy dog who can still carry your rope to the crag... not a crazy, clawing and biting cat.

G.G. That was the withdrawing part....good luck. Maybe try a cheese slice wrapped around the pill. A.M. lazy dog? When I meet up with you last year, it wasn't lazy. binrat

G.G. If you're really having problems with that...wrap cat in towel, with only head exposed (good luck doing it more than once, but it's possible). That contains most of the sharp moving parts.

Can I skip the coffee and go straight to the beer ... or tequila? I'm already so antsy and ready for this sprained ankle to be better already...
