Tradrenn, have you done Angels Crest? What a fine, fine route. There used to be a wooden piton on one pitch, slung with frayed cord. It was a route to remember.

You don't even need a van.

(Just kidding guangzhou - you always have a positive attitude; obvious that you have a happy life!) Thanks for the compliment. Nice to know I am positive. I'm not a guide. I did run a guide service for a few years. Got rid of it when I moved overseas. I have considered starting a new one that would specialize in Asia and teen. The market is there, but I like my current career. (School teacher, Middle School Math, in Consulate Schools overseas). If I do start htis new guide service, I would Cather it to the Overseas schools around Asia. I'd most likely relocate to Malaysia for convenience of travel and easy access to great climbing near home. The service would photo on teen adventure trips in China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. Anyways Happiegrrrl, you seem to enjoy life too. Life is what we make of it, that's for sure.

Phenomenal route, done it 4 times in last 2 years, I think it is one of the best multipitch in 10b grade for visitors, with awesome views. I'm afraid that wooden piton might be gone, but there is a sling stuck on a third pitch. V. P.S. Shit, now I have to take a look at that sling again.

I have a bed in my wagon. ( for traveling/road tripping purposes) [image]http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_nD6HY-G6wwI/Sy6mfex_DGI/AAAAAAAAAiU/3b7Rv6Gtvsg/s1600/Bed%2BIn%2BAccord%2BWagon%2B001.JPG[/image] I have to say, a van is much more confortable for long trips.

You might be right, I just like the efficiency of a small wagon.
