I was up at El Cajon Mountain yesterday (1/31/10). Started up the first pitch of Manana (left side of ECM, directly to the left of Leonids) and when I arrived at the first set of intermediate anchors (about 70ft or so off the ground) I noticed I couldn't see any further bolts.
Upon further inspection, I saw there was a bolt, without a hanger that had been hammered down flat against the rock.
I lowered off the intermediate anchors, then climbed Leonids and noticed that every bolt that I could see past the first set of anchors was chopped in the same manner. On my way up Leonids, I don't recall seeing the rap anchors on Manana so I would assume those are gone too.

Such a sad thing to see.
