Someone has been trying to send me email and I don't get it. I thought it might be getting stuck in some SPAM folder but I have no spam folder. I try to create a SPAM folder in case it's needed to actually store SPAM and I get a message that the folder already exists. Can I get this repaired? Can I get the email system to never reject any email at all so that I can let Outlook deal with SPAM for me? in outlook, I can add people to my safe senders list. I'm not sure I can do any thing like that if this email is really getting rejected as SPAM. This happens to me every few months where some of my rockclimbing.com email never seems to arrive. I end up telling people to send the email to my work email account but that's not quite kosher with work. Thanks for any help, anyone. Dave P.S. I wish I could donate money to keep my email account like in the old days. It would make me feel much better about asking for help when there is a problem with it.

Ah. If Spam is disabled, the spam folder is not visible but still exists. It turns out that the email got discarded because the attached PDF was too big, looked too angry for rockclimbing.com, or was just plain unacceptable for some reason. It was probably the size but 4MB is not very large these days. If someone can figure out how to not just throw away email that doesn't fit the rockclimbing.com email standard, that would be nice. After all, the email that gets sent telling me that some earlier email wasn't delivered also wasn't delivered. Dave
