Can we email a link to the pictures instead of emailing them? My email can't handle several megs worth of pictures.

Really? It should only be 2-4 megs unzipped. I'd think that's fairly common for email providers these days. Hotmail is 10MB and gmail is 25MB.

No links please. However if you don't think your email client can handle it, zip them up and use yousendit.com

Out of the camera each picture is about 7 megs. Unfortuneatly, the email service I was going to use only allows 5 meg emails. That is ok I can use yousendit. Thanks, for the responses. It really was a fantastic event.

The original files size is irrelevant. Send the appropriate file size for the appropriate purpose.

That is atleast a 1 meg file. Some email providers still can't handle 7 meg attachments. I have it worked out. Thanks for your help.

I know you have it worked out, but what you are saying is not accurate, even now.

The website says January 15th for this contest. Does it end in January or February?

The kids shot is my favorite of the winners. I'm not necessarily so into the photographic quality in itself, but it's a decent treatment for the mood of that moment, which was a good moment to catch. Sometimes that's enough.
