Double Shot Espresso Camp: Taking Espresso Lessons Outside with Jeff Achey

Where: Shelf Road

What: Apply the indoor Espresso Clinic exercises and others on outdoor crags. We’ll do movement, falling, resting exercises and apply all learned skills to challenging routes.

Who: Anyone who has taken the Espresso Clinic indoors or anyone interested in applying the Warrior’s Way material in an outdoor setting.

Equip: Bring usual sport climbing gear (harness, shoes, chalk, belay device, and helmet; also bring draws and a rope…if you have these). Bring food and water and appropriate clothing.
