New to Illinois and rock climbing. I've really only climbed in the gym a little and done a little trad climbing, second. But I'm really excited to learn more. Am interested in going on the weekends to any place fairly close. Possibly Wisconsin or Shawnee. I don't have much gear and as I've said I am extremely inexperienced, but willing and excited to learn. So if you don't mind a beginner tagging along and learning what you have to offer Im the person for you. Hey if nothing else I can carry the gear.

I didnt see where you were located but if your near St. Louis...Check out Meetup.com search for Saint Louis Rock Climbing... We meet at upperlimits downtown STL sun, mon, and wed.. weekend trips .. and other meetups centered around climbing and or friendship.. if your not in the area i can shoot you a couple RC.com members info that you can meet up with when you visit So Ill!
