reno wrote: Only 53 weeks to go. Better start planning now. Wellllllll smaarrrrrrrrtttttAASSSSSSSSS( in a thick Scottish accent), i have been planning a new mead for that very purpose so i guess youll just have to wonder all the very next year how it will turn out. For those of you attending this year, we have a fine assortment of artisan crafted stouts and a EESB for the lively Colorado contingent condo. Along with the bawdy humor and the camaraderie, it will be an epic event. That is all, please return to the 2006, or 2007, or 2008, or 2009, or 2010 post for additional details.....

Just got some fusions and am thinking about attending. Is there a good early time to reserve stuff like clinics and place to stay? Sept... Oct... Nov?

It depends. Some place takes a lot more money if you reserve too soon. _____________ Hire Java Developer: http://softwareoutsourcing.biz/dedicated-developer/java-developer.html

Clinic signup will usually open up in November. keep an eye out on their website for info. lodging lots of folks will go in on a condo somewhere which can be a good idea if you've got reliable people. problem is some will flake out and you're scrambling to find someone to help pay the rent. I prefer to just stay at one of the hotels. Comfort inn, best western and Victorian Inn (pricey) are nice and walking distance to park (no parking hassles) and to everything in town. they also have pretty good breakfast available so you save money and hassles with that. lunch- you'll be climbing anyway and dinner is generally out anyway either at a restaurant or doing the benefit dinners on fri/sat. oh when making reservations, make sure you tell Them you're a park member so you get the discount. you'll have to present the card at check in. annabie, that makes no sense

At long last, I might be able to make it to another festival. Looking to get there early (like, 1/2 or 1/3) and stay until 1/10. Looking for a partner or partners for that time, looking for a roomie or roomies, willing to split expenses on room/car. Might fly into Colorado Springs, might fly into Montrose. Edited to say, okay! I'm in, and am looking for aforementioned cost-splitting alternatives! Lead WI3, follow harder, TR whatever. Would totally be willing to go in on a condo. Email me with interest. Cheers, Tai

I am placing myself on the *maybe, might, it's a possibility* that I could maybe attend. There's a window of chance and it's looking like a maybe. I can't give a firm maybe but there's a chance...

Chris and I will be there! If anyone is still looking for a place to stay and is ready to send a check (I'm not getting screwed on maybe reservations again this year) then let me know how many people/how many days/which days and we'll find a nice pad! Cant wait to see everyone again this year!!

Ouch. I totally would, except 1) I'm flying in on the 4th, and 2) I'm driving down with my newbie friend - in their 2-person truck. Too close to change plans, sadly. Steve, cryin' shame you can't make it. Maybe I'll bump into some other familiar faces. Staying at the Comfort Inn. T

Hey all! Come check out/try out the speed comp on Friday. We'll be doing it on a Treadwall with some cash prizes. And, I'm driving in from Denver on the evening of the 4th or the morning of the 5th if anyone needs a ride.
