i was wondering are there any vitamins that we should be taking daily that would help our bodies recover and stay strong because of how much climbing takes from the body. I been taking 1 a day glucose that are like mens health 1 a day to help with cartlidge growth, and joints.

You mean glucosamine - which is neither a vitamin, nor effective at promoting cartilage growth.

Unless your diet is extremely deficient, a daily multivitamin is the maximum you should need. Being allergic to dairy, my diet tends to be deficient in calcium, so I take regular calcium/magnesium supplements.

If you're in heavy training, extra protein is a good idea, though.

I recently asked my doctor about glucosamine.

He said as with most supplements, it is very hard to provide definitive proof that they help. But if there was one supplement to help promote healing in my pulley's it would be glucosamine. It's relatively inexpensive, and if it helps, it would be worth every penny. That being said, i've decided to try it for a few months (it takes some time to get into your system) and then make an informed decision after that.

Basically, it may work, but it may do nothing. There's no side affect to taking it (other than financial).

There are a lot of claims that fish oil is good for joint health.

There are no climbing-specific dietary needs.

Nope. It's good beer.

I stand corrected.

I would also add "zucchini-free zucchini brownies".

Reference:
Wife: I made these brownies for your climbing trip.
Me: Thanks, baby. What's the green stuff in there?
Wife: It's not zucchini.

Absolutely! Don't believe the naysayers. Nothing works better than placebomin. It's incredible stuff that will make you stronger and heal faster. Don't settle for substitutes because they don't work. Be sure to go to a well-stocked vitamin supplier and specifically ask for placebomin! You won't be disappointed.

Short answer: No.

Long answer: Definitely not.
