How useful are offset cams for climbing the Nose? How often they are used? And what are the two most useful sizes?

Thanks.

Offsets are useful everywhere especially Yosemite.
I am certain you will use them alot. (havn't done the nose) Hard to imagine not wanting a few.

Aliens blue/black blue/green indispensable (once you have used em)

Realistically I love offsets just about anywhere you need a double set of cams even the old wildcountry large ones.

Thanks. Since it's pretty hard to get a hand on the alien, the only real possibility for me is the Master cam.

Very useful. I brought a double set in the four smallest sizes Metolius makes and placed them often. I would also bring at least one set of offset nuts, they are really handy for the glowering spot.

We did the Nose without a single offset cam and didn't have a problem. A set of offset nuts was very usefull though. (DMM peenuts)
