Which brand of chalk is highly recommended?
I'm using chalk from a local "maker" called Barracuda

I use some stuff that comes in a brick. I think its made in Canada. It has a dragons on the package.

even better...

I have this brick of chalk and I think it's from Mexico. It has a pistol stamped in it. Anyway, it makes my hands numb and gives me CRAZY energy.

whatever costs the least and isn't ground very finely (i.e. still has chunks and clumps in it).

I got a chalk bag from a climber in Utah. It had some awesome stuff in it that worked really well but it smelled really bad. Anyway when i ran out i got Bison chalk. It's ok but i might try a different brand next time because it's really hard to brush off of holds and it's a bit to fine and powdery.
