Has anyone rappelled off of hawks bill and then trad climbed back up? I am making sure it is safe and not illegal before I go up there.

I have not, but I was out there this last weekend and I plan on going back to do just that. If nothing else, just to set up a top rope anchor and check out the potential. I actually just emailed a park ranger asking about bolting in the area. I'll let you know what I find out.
