I was wondering how the climbing in the Los Angeles County is during the winter. (January/Febuary) I haven't been to California so I would like to know if you can climb during the winter, I'm hoping to take a trip this January. If someone could let me know, that'd be great!

Man, I don't know, today it's so frigid cold out here I had to wear two t-shirts. Brrrrrrrrr.

You're good to go - smog has insulative properties.

It's LA, so you'll need a beanie and Uggs. If it's really cold, you may need to put a shirt on, too.

Thank you! Do you know other places in California that would be a better option to go to climb in January?

Hardly any rain yet! Knock wood. Last Saturday Echo Cliffs was way warmer than expected during the day, but cooled down fast after about 3 o' clock. Gabby_Olson: Have you made it out yet?
