I recently moved from Missouri to Memphis, TN and can't find anywhere to climb. Not outside. Or even a gym. This gal is experiencing major climbing withdraws. Help!

Not sure which one, but one of the Memphis University has a small gym that you don't have to be a student to use.
Climbing Areas:
Sam's Throne, King's Bluff in Clarksville, posibly Southern Illinois. When I climb those places, I regularly met Memphis climbers there on the weekend.
The Memphis Mountaineers were pretty active at one time too.

And we occasionally go rock climbing at several other places in Arkansas, Mississippi (yes, there is rock climbing in Mississippi), Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama and North Carolina.
