First post wohoo!

So I just find out that I'll be going to Oberstdorf with the family sometime early July (Can't remember the exact date).
So I wondered if maybe I should bring my gear and do some climbing but I couldn't find anything about where or what to climb.
Now I haven't been climbing for that long really so nothing that would way too hard. (Although I'll have had about three months practice 'til then)
Preferably some bouldering.

So... got anything? Smile

There is loads to climb there (sport), though it tends more to the middle and upper grades than the lower ones but that´s typical of sport climbing on limestone (and conglomerate) anyway. There is also a lot of new development which isn´t published yet.
The guide book is Allgäu Rock from Ulrich and Hary Röker. Gerbro Verlag www.gebro-verlag.de but only in German though it´s topos so easy enough to use.
I go there sometimes so we could maybe meet up one day, there is a climbing gym in Oberstdorf as well where you could probably hook up with someone as well http://www.inform-oberstdorf.de/klettern.php
