There is a spot in N. Virginia, by Signal Knob, back the road to Catherine Furnace, WAY up and to the left of the road (it is visible from the road). Has anyone ever heard of this spot or climbed there? What is it called, and what is the single pitch on the left with one bolt in the middle and a huge crack to the left rated?

The great and powerful Hans Chlorine knows all! The area is known as Buzzard Rocks. I've never been there, but here is an old description: "From VA 55, turn onto Rt. 610 (note sign for Elizabeth Furnace). Go 3 miles to fish hatchery and park in parking lot on left past hatchery. Follow trail to rocks. Comments: Laybacks, overhangs and huge friction slabs at the top of the ridge. Mean climb to base. Scenic area with two campgrounds." You guys check it out and let me know if it's any good!
