Ernita and I are considering selling our share of Class 5 RCC, Indonesia's first full service climbing gym along with all other parts of the business. Our local partner would keep his shares.

So, I guess this means there is a Climbing Gym for Sale in Indonesia.

America bound, maybe.

That's big news!

From what I've seen around here you've put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears in that place. Hopefully you're moving on to bigger and better things.

I wish you well in your future endeavors!

Thanks, I will keep you posted on how things proceed. Never know where life will take us, but one door closing usually means a couple others open. Just a matter of stepping in.

Hawaii. I am telling you. We have almost 1,000,000 people on Oahu with above average income, and you would have absolutely zero competition. With over 100,000 military personally, it is anyone's guess why we dont have a gym. A properly marketed gym could do very well here.

From a business point of you, I agree that Hawaii could be a good place for a gym. If I were approached by investors, I would be happy to get a gym started for them, I would even stay for 18 to 24 months to get the gym going.

I just have no desire to live in Hawaii. For me to do this would be purely a business decision. It would require investors that are willing to make it mutually beneficial.

As someone who has marketed to the U.S. Army, University, and tourist, I do think a climbing gym on the island could be profitable.

Send me an investor or two, I'll negotiate a contract. The key would be owning a peace of land to build on. Lease and rent can be quite high in Hawaii.

Cheers,
Eman

We currently own 50%, Ernita and I will keep 20% as silent partner and sell off the other 30%.

If you serious want to talk numbers, send me a PM with email address.
