Actually, they are a lot of places someone could get away with that, it's just that most of us see it as unneeded. What a dumb ass thing to do.

WTF! I suggest bolting some good brightly colored jugs there too, as it looks like the climbing is mostly on uncomfortable crimps!

First time I saw it, I had to look twice because I was not sure if I saw what I thought I saw. But judging by what I saw, it looks like the holds were placed there ten years ago. They were in bad shape.
