1. What do you mean by "torqued"?
2. Did you look at the DMM site and see anything about repairs and returns?
3. Did you Google: dmm cam repair ?
4. Did you contact DMM and discuss it with them?
5. Most (all?) cam manufacturers will only replace cam trigger wires and slings - they generally will not repair other components, but you never know.
6. It's doubtful that any retailer will "do work on" climbing gear because of liability concerns.

It sounds like normal wear and tear and I suspect that you'll just need to buy a replacement cam.

Your photos probably exceed the max file size of 150kB for attachments. Put them on Photobucket or Picasa or Shutterfly or Flickr or some such service and link them here.

Here the photos link
No, you need to provide the specific link(s) to your photos or embed them here with the "image" button. There are tutorials on this site if you don't know how to do that.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that cam. It doesn't need to be "repaired" at all. All you have to do is hold the trigger in place while you rotate the cam lobes into the correct position. this will center the trigger wires in the trigger and the cam will look normal again.

This question does however make me wonder whether someone with such a lack of basic mechanical understanding should be trusting their life to mechanical gear that they place themselves.
