i am planning a trip to switzerland austria and croatia, is it gonna be too cold to climb, what is the march weather like.

To climb what? For alpine it will be great. For DWS it won´t be.

well Jim said it quite right. It really depends what you wanna do. If bouldering is involved check out Magic wood, Chironico, Cresciano. For rock climbing: Ticino
