Last time I checked, hands are between the fingertips and shoulders.
That said, you might get a bit more useful input if you keep fingers and shoulders (the two most commonly injured body parts by far) as separate poll options...

This poll will not give you an answer you are looking for. What you are actually asking in this poll ( and not particularly well) is what PERCEPTION people have of where the most common injuries occur.
There have been studies done on the subject. There is even wikipedia article, and that would be a better starting point for you than this poll of yours.
