Ciao,
any idea why on bolts, we do not use grover/split washers to prevent the nut to come loose?

The split/lock washers only work for vibration. There is no benefit when torque is applied.

Spring washers donīt work when the object underneath can rotate, if the hanger moves it will undo the nut worse thanif a plain washer was used. The nuts on climbing bolts donīt spontaneously undo, something undoes them and it is normally the hanger anyway so why make thing worse?
