Wait a sec... I don't get it.
I thought Tilbury was NORTH of MOCANAQUA?
Who moved it? Why?

You're right. Tillbury is north of Moc and is therefore obviously in the north east. However, when I moved it from the central region to the north east, I was told to move it back.
