I was wondering how good the atomik holds are for home gyms. If you have some that you think are better please tell.

Hello, my name is Scott. I own Atomic holds(not to be confused with Atomik). I currently have a set of Real Rock holds that have a great texture and is made of high quality poly urethane. You can see the set on ebay. If you are interested, email me at scott@atomicholds.com. I also usually have overruns or seconds, that I can sell fairly cheap. They are great for filler holds.

Thanks

Scott

I have both Atomik and Atomic hold for my home gym, and I would lean towards Atomic for quality, and their prices are pretty darn reasonable too. E-BAY is a great source, and just about any name brand hold that is fairly new is a good buy if you get them for cheap. Just be sure you know what they sell for retail before you go bidding crazy numbers, and beware of what shipping adds to your total cost.
