I know you guys are probably sick of this ????, but it would help me out I currently have a pair of FiveTens I baught used from Verticle Hold(in San Diego) and it seems they are tearing all over and are pretty darn old. I am just getting back into the sport after about 4 years on not seeing the gym, I recently went out on real rock and fell in love and am planning to learn toproping and lead climbing this fall up at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo so I need a new pair of shoes for both indoor and outdoor, I hope to get some for under 100, but am not limited to that. what brands, models do you guys think I should go for? thanks for the info, James

Mad Rocks are very affordable, and supposedly have some great soles... i hear, however, that they wear out pretty fast...

Mad rock flashes are awesome and only 70 or 80 bucks, but the rubber is real sticky, so it wears out quickly. (a rhyme :P )

Madrock. Buy the shoe is your street size or .5 up or down from that depending on how tight you want them. .5 down would be VERY :!: tight.
