I know you've had many forums on this already, but I still have a question on it.
I have tendonitis in my elbows and my dad is being a jackass and won't let me go to a doctor about it. Because of this I don't know what a doctor would say.
Have any of you gone to a physical therapist or doctor about tendonitis and if so, what did he tell you to do?
