Do you think rock climbers make the same noises climbing as they do while having sex? Do the grunters grunt in bed? Are the quiet ones quiet? Have you ever had someone accidentally cry out "clipping" or "slack"?

interesting theory but i am going to have to disagree with it all...i am a very loud climber but i think i am quite in other dealings of life....but hell i could be wrong....

I hate when my girlfriend accidently cries out in rapture to another belayer's name while we're doing it.
"It" being climbing of course. Doesn't bother me other times.

I had someone come "off belay" once in the middle of the "crux". What a dissappointment. Fortunately, from my days "free soloing" I was comfortable finishing on my own.

Last night at the gym, I was hanging from a pair of slopers just over a roof, desperately trying to raise my foot to a small jib by my elbow, when my spotter yelled, "C'mon, get it up!!!"
I laughed so hard that I fell off, and told him that he sounded like my wife. :?

Well let’s see…I beatbox or hum a tune when I’m climbing…not so much when I’m making love.
I wince when the wax is poured on. I grunt a little when the straps get too tight. I scream a muffled scream through my gag when it gets really bad.
Nope…two totally different events and accompanying sounds.
