I'm just getting into climbing photography and am looking for a good B&W 35mm bulk slide film, preferably 200 or 400 speed. Does anyone have a suggestion?

you don't have much choice for B&W slide film: Agfa Scala is the ONLY B&W slide film available! Kodak TMAX emulsions can be specially processed as slides but the results aren't the greatest. Oh, Polaroid used to make a home-process slide film but it was tricky. If you're shooting B&W it's much better to shoot negatives, print them and then have copy slides made, that way you get to decide on contrast, tone, etc...for the print and then have it transferred to a slide
