I was veiwing the top rated users in Notrh America, then in the US, and I found a problem with the links.
When I press next 20 records it works fine, but the problem is when I go to see the previous 20 records it shows me random bunch of users??? Its pretty wierd.

I noticed this when looking at the New Hampshire users. The first page was accurate, but after that, the members seemed randomly-placed, with even the first twenty mixed into them.
