I checked the box that says to "immediately sign on" my account every time I hit rockclimbing.com. When I hit log out it starts it over in a loop. How can I have my fiance' use her own account if she can't log on? Please help with this problem.

On the top right of the screen it says "log out".

Click that, then you are successfully logged out, and your fiance can log in!

Or you could read the part where he says that when he hits logout it doesn't work. I'm having the same problem, plus lots of "cannot connect to database" errors.

Go to Tools in the top left corner of your screen and then click internet options.

When that comes up clear your History. That will clear everything out on your browser and it will be like you never signed in.

Delete your cookie files, or just go to internet options and turn cookies off. Then log in again... Then don't click the immediate sign on option anymore.
