In reply to: lucky dogs... i won't see snow for atleast another month. i so bad wanna break out my new asym snowboard i bought on e-bay. Well, this winter could be like last winter....we could do the approach to the ice climbs in our sneakers. Cold, just no precip. Marvelous.

It is not snowing I just looked outside and there is no sign of snow. Actually the weather is quite balmy at the moment in the lead up to summer. We had our first spring thunderstorm accompanied with a burst of wind that was fun to watch. Funny thing is that winter got turned off as though someone had shut the refregirator door and opened the oven. One day winter, next day summer, twas a rude shock.

Damn, I feel for you guys. There's a fall chill that's rolling through southern California....I might have to actually wear a t-shirt with my shorts instead of a tank top climbing this weekend   !!
