All,
We need to come up with a preferred payment mechanism. Here are the options:
1) All hostel dwellers will send me a check for $21 per person per night at the hostel. I will then pay the hostel with my credit card. (I have reserved the hostel on my card)
OR
2) You can each send your checks directly to the hostel.
Additonally, for all those attending the community dinner/breakfast there will be a small fee to cover the cost of the food. How much? I don't know yet...probably in the order of $5 (or less) per person (covering both meals).
So...your thoughts on payment mechanism?

Hell, yes. I was up there on this past Friday, and the temps are not friendly. Socks under shoes, gloves, fleeces etc will definitely be in order.
Gail, I'll probably commute - and will be happy to paypal you funds for both the dinner and the breakfast, if you'd like.

Hopefully we will have 55+ degree weather. I would add some type of "wind stopper" layer just in case. Also, a thermos of something hot might help! Perhaps we will just set up a bunch of top ropes so that everyone keeps moving...
