We've heard the names bandied about in TRs, friends' conversations, the mags... the names of the world's ~*kewlest*~ (to use teenybop Internet style) climber campgrounds-hangouts. Which of these, if any, do you think is the best place to be?
Camp 4 Miguel's Pete's Homero's Hidden Valley 13 Mile (actually, this one's a joke :P although I guess you could have a fondness for it) Go! :)

Cochise Stronghold. Deserted, isolated, quiet, shady, nice facilities, bouldering........Actually, it's the pits. The toilets overflow, John Ashcroft personally raids the place on a regular basis, it's frequented by militia groups, the climbing sucks......Don't go there. Honest. I mean it. I have a big stick.

What about the Pit? Pete's used to be the kick ass, now it is more the Hueco Rock Ranch . . . the Pit may beat them all! I also used to love Kurt's place in Potrero . . . hands down though the best food is at Miguels!

people please! There is nothing wrong with 13 mile campground. There is little traffic to the grag, you avoid the light pollution and tourists of Vegas.

Wherever the people AREN"T. If you're into star watching, you can't, repeat CANNOT be a real climber. Is Brittney Spears that hard to get close to?
