This is a bit sad I know, but keen to enhance my aid-specific training program I have developed a nifty way of jugging full length pitches indoors. Want to know how? Well here it is: 1. Select a strong anchor a ceiling height and clip a crab to it. 2. Select a strong anchor on the floor about two metres across from the ceiling anchor and clip a crab to it. 3. Thread the end of a 60m rope through the ceiling anchor and clip your jugs to it then take the other end of the rope and using either a Munter hitch or Belay plate (you will need to use a piggy back crab to get the right amount of friction) anchor it to the floor. 4. Then as you jug up the rope towards the ceiling a partner slowly pays out the rope so you actually don't gain any height. Despite being a great cardio workout it is also the most annoying thing I have ever done and inevitably will put you in a foul mood for the rest of the day or until you convince your smug bastard of a partner to have a go. This retribution will undoubtably put a smile on your face as you watch him/her flail about like a spider on speed.

Dude, that sucks. It's reminisent of the kind of smiting that the old greek gods used to do to folks. Worst idea ever.... I can feel myself getting pissed off just thinking about it. Hahahahaha
